Wah’Suh Homie!

I’m Devan!

Single Mom | Photographer | Tattooist

Moving to Alaska in 2013 from a city East of San Francisco, California. Immediately, falling in love with Alaska’s beauty and painting-like landscape.

Loving to create, in a variety of ways! Always being open to learning new passions and techniques to passions already held close. Some of those being photography, tattooing, writing, roasting coffee, making wine, and other outlets.

I have always known I wanted to help and give back. I do this through my creativity alongside it being an outlet for my mental health.

Wanting you to walk away from Suh Homie with a taste of what my worlds like. To feel welcomed, and a sense of calm that’s in the chaos of your every day, with a bit of authenticity. To know and feel it’s acceptable to be unapologetically, uncensored, and authentically yourself. As there are no limitations to who/what you are or can be.

To the world, you may be one person; but to one person you may be the world.

— Dr. Seuss

Homies For Life.

These little dudes, these two are my everything.

Wanting to show them that you can achieve anything with ambition, persistence, determination, and hard work.

You can dream to be anything.

You can reach your goals, no matter how crazy they may seem to others.

Wanting to show them that you can work for yourself and create the life you want.

Wanting to show them that no matter how many times you fail, you keep getting back up, learn from those failures, and try again.

The only person in the way of achieving what you want is you.

“A poem begins with a lump in the throat; a homesickness or a love sickness. It is a reaching-out toward expression; an effort to find fulfillment. A complete poem is one where an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.”

— Robert Frost
